When you purchase from Dynamic Press, you receive a license that allows you to install and use the auto-install Bricks plugin and the themes you have purchased. Your license is personal and non-transferable. It may be used only on the number of domains covered by your plan.

To activate and maintain the product, you must use a valid license key. An active license entitles you to updates, new releases, and technical support during the subscription period. If the license expires, you may continue using the product but you will no longer receive updates or support. Any attempt to share, resell, bypass license checks, or modify the product to disable validation is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your license.

We provide updates to improve performance, security, and compatibility. Updates are available only to customers with a valid license. Support is offered for issues related to installation, configuration, and technical use of the plugin. We do not provide support for third-party plugins, hosting environments, or custom development outside the scope of the product.

Refunds are not guaranteed. They are provided only where required under consumer protection laws. We do not refund purchases due to change of mind, incompatibility with third-party tools, or expired licenses.

All rights to our plugin, themes, branding, and documentation remain with Dynamic Press. You do not gain ownership of any part of our intellectual property by purchasing or installing our products. Any copying, redistribution, or modification without written approval is prohibited.

Our products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee error-free performance, and we are not responsible for issues caused by third-party software or hosting providers. We are not liable for lost profits, downtime, data loss, or other indirect damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

We may suspend or terminate your license if you violate these terms. Termination will remove your access to updates and support. You remain responsible for any obligations or payments already due.
